Audio Toolkit (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our audio extraction and conversion application.
The short version: Audio Toolkit processes all audio and video files on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your media files.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information directly. Audio Toolkit is designed with privacy in mind:
- No account creation required
- No personal data collection
- All audio/video processing happens on your device
- Your media files never leave your device
Media Files
When you use Audio Toolkit to extract, reverse, convert, or trim audio:
- All processing happens entirely on your device using iOS’s built-in frameworks
- Your video and audio files are never uploaded to any server
- We do not have access to your media library beyond what you explicitly select
- Processed files are saved locally to your device
Advertising
Audio Toolkit displays ads through AppLovin MAX in the free version of the app. AppLovin may collect certain device information for ad personalization and measurement purposes. This may include:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- Advertising identifier (IDFA), if you have granted permission
- General location data (country/region level)
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. For more information about AppLovin’s data practices, please visit AppLovin’s Privacy Policy.
Premium subscribers do not see ads, and no ad-related data collection occurs for premium users.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to Audio Toolkit Premium:
- Payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store
- We do not have access to your payment information
- Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings
Microphone Access
Audio Toolkit requests microphone access only for the audio recording feature. Microphone data is:
- Used only when you actively record audio
- Saved locally to your device
- Never transmitted to any server
Children’s Privacy
Audio Toolkit does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
Your Rights
Since we don’t collect personal data directly, there is no personal information for you to access, modify, or delete through us. For ad-related data collection, you can manage your preferences through iOS Settings. All your app data can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
