Subscriptions and Payments
Audio Toolkit offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription that unlocks additional capabilities.
Free Tier Limitations
- Limited daily exports
- Maximum audio length restrictions
- Standard quality (128kbps MP3)
- MP3 format only
- Ads displayed between actions
Premium Subscription
- Payment is processed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Use of the App
You may use Audio Toolkit for personal purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Use the app to process copyrighted content without proper authorization
- Attempt to circumvent any usage limitations or subscription requirements
User Content
You retain all rights to the audio and video files you process with Audio Toolkit. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any content you use with the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Audio Toolkit, including but not limited to the design, graphics, and code, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Termination
